Cooking Ancient Grains with Chef Michael

Love to cook? Or wish you knew how? Join Chef Michael in the Paresky Bakeshop for a hands-on Ancient Grainsorientation to using ancient grains in making bread and dough.  You will have the chance to mix and bake and to learn how Dining Services is incorporating new ingredients, recipes, and processes into College meals.  Class is limited to 12 people and preregistration is required.  You can enter a lottery to get a spot in the class by January 29.  Participants will be notified in advance.
