Making Empanadas with Chef Miguel

Soon Dining Services will be adding empanadas to its menus. Come be the first to try them!  Join Chef empenadaMiquel in the Paresky Bakeshop for a hands-on lesson in making these tasty treats.  As you mix and bake you can learn how Dining Services is incorporating new ingredients, recipes, and processes into College meals.  Class is limited to 20 people and preregistration is required. You can enter a lottery to get a spot in the class by January 29.  Participants will be notified in advance. Sponsored by Dining Services.
