Put shape, action and intention to your Claiming Williams Day. Join us for a 60 minute morning yoga workshop. We will salute the sun with a repetitive sequence of 12 postures, intended to energize the body, sharpen the mind and start the day with intention. In order to truly stand in our own selves, we must first ground ourselves in balance and stillness. Thus, this workshop will end with a restorative and grounding pose.
