Making Arepas with Dining Services Staff, Miguel and Reina Guitierrez

Originally from Venezuela, so it is said, arepas are perhaps best described as cornmeal-based English muffins. You will have the chance to mix and fry and to learn how Dining Services is incorporating new ingredients, recipes, and processes into College meals. Class is limited to 12 people and preregistration is required.
