Intersection: Being an LGBTQ+ Person of Color

Come and contribute to an honest, down-to-earth discussion about what it means to be an LGBTQ+ person of color in today’s society. Talk about your own experiences, both on-campus and off, and the ways in which your identities of race, sexuality, and gender intersect. Listen and reflect on your own biases and actions and how they contribute to systems of racial injustice within LGBTQ+ groups. Together, let’s work towards creating an environment on campus that is comfortable and welcoming for all members of our community.

Co-sponsored by the Queer Student Union (QSU), open only to students
