The CARE Team, which is a new initiative at Williams, is a multidisciplinary committee that strives to promote individual student wellbeing and resilience while prioritizing a safe, supportive, and inclusive campus community. The Team partners with faculty, staff, and students to identify student behaviors that have raised concern; centralizes communication and assessment to gain a more complete understanding of the whole individual; and connects the student to relevant campus resources. The event will feature a panel of CARE Team members from offices across campus talking about the ways our individual offices and disciplines approach student support and how this new collaborative CARE Team model stands to transform our approach to student and campus wellbeing.
