Move Into the Circle is a community-building exercise that invites participants to express themselves and make connections with each other in silence. Activity leaders will read out a list of statements that start with “Move into the circle if you….” When participants identify with the statements, they move into the circle. The participants decide what they want to share. If they identify with a statement but are not comfortable with sharing, they can choose not to move. In the second part of the exercise, the activity leaders will facilitate a discussion with all the participants.
